Refund policy

We offer refunds for damaged or defective items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@clecs.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details of how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelling Your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order for goods, starting from the moment you place your order and ending 14 days from the day your goods are delivered to you. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notified us that you were cancelling your order, to return the goods. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. 

Any goods returned should be in a perfect, saleable condition, in the original packaging.  In the event of a return of goods for a refund, we do not refund any postage paid on the original order.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
